William Blake established his second restaurant, The Rusty Spoon, in 2011. William has been in the restaurant industry since he was in college. He worked for a number of big corporations and decided it was time to do something on his own!The Rusty Spoon is a farm to table restaurant that focuses on all local, sustainable, and organic when possible ingredients. ìWhatís most important is getting our produce from people growing things the right way and supporting the community,î William explained. William believes you are sure to find something you like at The Rusty Spoon, as they offer a great variety of options. All of their seafood comes right off the coast, all the beef is grass-fed and they make their own pasta. The vegetables are all seasonal and come from within about 100 miles of the restaurant. The Rusty Spoon creates many classic and craft cocktails. They have plenty of craft beer and small batch wine options available as well. The Rusty Spoon is open seven days a week and are dedicated to providing the best service and food they possibly can.
