The Tap Room was established in Patchogue, New York in March 2011. Owner James Bonanno has been in the restaurant business for 15 years with a passion for craft beers. Over the past five years, the high demand for craft beer in the area led to great success for The Tap Room. Offering 27 craft beers on tap and a laid back family friendly atmosphere, James has kept locals and travelers coming back to The Tap Room.To go along with your craft beer, try one of The Tap Roomís signature dishes, such as the ëChicken Milanese Sliders,í ëStrawberry Fields Salad,í or one of their famous house burgers. To begin your meal, The Tap Room is known for their unique twists on mussels. One of the five different varieties of mussels you can order are the ëBuffalo Mussels.í Travelers and regulars come for the craft beer and homemade fresh food. The Tap Room meat & cheese boards are always a great choice to pair with one of their many beers.The Tap Room can also cater to private event and parties held upstairs in their private banquet. The space can seat 20 to 60 people and the restaurant can cater on and off premise. For individuals on the go, The Tap Room offers takeout. On warm and sunny days, enjoy the outdoor beer garden with TVs. The Tap Room also hosts live acoustic music on Fridays from 5pm to 3am and Saturdays from 9pm to 3am.
