Jose started in the restaurant business when he first moved to the US. Over 30 years ago, Jose began working at Three Flames Restaurant helping out with banquets. He worked his way through and up the ranks until he eventually bought the establishment! Despite all the new restaurants popping up all over, Jose decided to keep it old school. If it ainít broke donít fix it!The ëPrime Ribí at Three Flames Restaurant is the best in the valley. The ëSalmoní is absolutely amazing, you cannot find better salmon at a seafood house! The pasta is also very popular, especially the ëTomato-Pesto Mostacciolií; penne pasta with chicken breast, spinach, garlic and feta. Delicious! At Three Flames Restaurant, everything is served old school style. This means that with your entree you get to enjoy a starch, fresh vegetables, and soup or salad, all included in one price. Jose strives to keep prices affordable without compromising flavor. The banquet hall seats up to 300 guests. There is never a charge for renting the room, you just pay Three Flames Restaurant to cater. You are even welcome to bring your own dessert and the staff will cut and serve it free of charge. There is even a bartender provided. This venue is very popular for weddings and Sweet Sixteens. The separate bar area is packed with fun people every weekend. On Friday and Saturday nights a DJ entertains the crowd. The rest of the week you are welcome to charm your friends and sing karaoke.
