Expanding on an already successful concept, Tierra Caliente now presents a full scale restaurant, adding onto an already widely notorious restaurant group in the Conshohocken area. Coming from humble beginnings Karina and her husband have been in the restaurant industry for most of their lives learning what it takes to run a successful location from top to bottom. They have used their culinary expertise to fuel the fire at Tierra Caliente and have done so with great success. With this location only been open for two months, the restaurant has nonetheless carried a loyal following, and that has translated into almost instant success. The dishes encompass the hispanic culture with the utmost authenticity making quality and consistency of the highest importance. The restaurant prides themselves on having something for everyone and the taste that they can provide adheres to all palates. A highly popular dish, the homemade Poppers, are highly regarded, made from scratch with an added hint of tequila for a unique flavor. The Wachinando is also highly favored, a crispy Red Snapper that is served whole, bone in, and in a hearty portion. Unique to a Mexican style restaurant, they make their own Ribs that uses a Dry Chili Pepper Rub and they fall right off the bone. The specialty drinks bring the menu items full circle with the quality and flavors that cannot be found anywhere else. They use rare tequilas that have to be ordered and outsourced and simply are hard to find anywhere else. A signature option, the Tierra Caliente Margarita is a spicy mango flavor that is perfect for any sort of occasion. They also make Mojitos from scratch, and carry their house made White and Red Sangria that also hits the spot, and their Horchata puts an adult spin on it, adding Fireball to the mix. The team at Tierra Caliente has always been known for their knowledge in delicious foods and the full scale restaurant paired with an excellent dining experience makes it a must visit while in the area.
