Another popular option, the Pulpo is made with Charred Octopus, Cabbage, Crema, and Squid Ink Tortillas. Each option is made fresh, and their choices change four times a year, seasonally. The reasoning in this is to source the freshest local ingredients possible. Anthony and his team do this to ensure the highest quality dishes, and going the extra step has shown with each dish that comes out of the kitchen. Verde Kitchen also has their own Greenhouse where they grow their own spices and produce to incorporate in their dishes, making them as fresh as it comes. The rustic ambiance paired with the fresh food makes Verde Kitchen and Cocktails nothing short of impressive. The restaurant also serves a wide array of Mexican beers straight from Mexico such Day of the Dead Hefeweizen and Pacifico Clara. Their Seasonal Margaritas are reason enough to stop in, offering options such as the Tropical, made with Grilled Pineapple, Papaya & Mango infused Olmeca Altos Blanco Tequila, Orange Liqueur, fresh citrus, and organic agave.
