Monicaís grandfather had an interest in bullfighting and named his daughter Veronica, which is a bullfighting term. Her full name is Veronica Faith, so they named the restaurant Veroni Cafe as a play on words. Monica has been working in restaurants since she was very young. Her father owned restaurants and markets, so she was always around the business.The menu at Veroni Cafe contains authentic Mexican cuisine. The staff comes in early to make everything fresh. Nothing is from a can; itís all from scratch. Many of the recipes on the menu or Monicaís momís recipes. The tacos and fajitas are the best selling menu items.
