Ken has worked in the restaurant business for several years, and after he graduated from NIU, he went back to the food industry. Kenís grandparents own a restaurant in Hong Kong, and it has always been his dream to open a restaurant in the United States. He wanted to offer his food and wonderful service to his neighborhood and really be a part of the community. Kenís goal at Yume Japanese & Chinese Cuisine is to offer the customer great service and great food. Ken wants everyone who eats at Yume Japanese & Chinese Cuisine to leave the restaurant smiling and feeling happy from their comfortable, relaxing, and fun experience.
